Hi, Im Isabella Kaminska
ADHD Coach • Mom • Neurodivergent Woman
I’m not just an ADHD coach — I’m someone who lives it every single day.
My journey began after my eldest daughter was diagnosed with ADHD, and not long after, my youngest was diagnosed with autism. As I learned more about their neurodivergence, I started recognizing myself in their experiences.
That’s when I finally understood:
I, too, have ADHD — the inattentive type.
I’ve been where you are.
I’ve struggled with:
Career changes driven by boredom and burnout
The never-ending cycle of masking and people-pleasing
Being told to “just try harder” while feeling like I was already running on empty
Procrastination, chaos, and disorganization—even as a teacher
Trying to juggle everything as a single mother, while my brain pulled me in a hundred directions
Despite being told I was “bright,” I constantly felt like I was falling short. The truth was: I wasn’t broken. I just hadn’t learned how to work with my brain instead of against it.
Coaching found me through my daughter.
While looking for support for her, I discovered ADHD coaching — and with it, the realization that so many of us are struggling in silence. I trained at the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), a leading program in the field, and earned my AACC (Associate Certified Coach) credentials.
Through this journey, I’ve found purpose in helping others feel seen, understood, and empowered — just as I needed.
My Mission is Simple
To help people with ADHD move from surviving to thriving — without shame, judgment, or unrealistic expectations.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, still figuring things out, or just tired of feeling like you’re “too much” and “not enough” at the same time…
You belong here.
Let’s build a way of living that works for you.
“You’re not broken — you’re brilliantly wired for something different. Let’s work with that.”
